Summer Rainbow!

Yesterday we had a couple of storms roll across the ridge, the first one was just a lot of wind that blew things all over but the second one actually brought some moisture with it, not much but we'll take what we can get.




After the storm passed I went out to check on things and noticed this beautiful rainbow that was perfectly silhouetted by the dark sky.


The rainbow was a perfect one that went all the way around, unfortunately it was so close that I couldn't get it all in the frame of the camera!


The sun had just passed below the horizon when I snapped this one in the opposite direction.
